Commissions Terms of Service

Firstly, thank you for choosing to work with me! I’m so excited about the magic we will make!

By hiring me, you agree to the following terms of service:

I retain all rights over the work I produce, including the right to claim, post, share, reproduce, alter, update, and to use in reference materials and marketting.

All use intended for resale, print, or publication must be explicitly stated and agreed upon when the work is initiated, and may be subject to licensing fees, depending on intended use.

Payment of 50% of the project is expected upon agreement, and 50% upon delivery of work. Once the commission has reached Clean Line and Colour stage, any cancellation of the commission will be subject to full price of the quote. If cancellation occurs within the first 24 hours of hiring, your payment will be refunded, after which there are no refunds. Timeline of delivery will be within 30 days, or otherwise stated. I will inform you if I need more time within 48 hours of the deadline, at the latest. Faster turnarounds including rush fee are possible depending on my schedule and can be discussed.

All commissions will contain the following review phases:

- Review of Character Description, including physical and psychological, and references that may apply. All character descriptions must be delivered within the first week of commission.

- Rough Review. All major decisions regarding shape, design, pose, expression, and costume must be addressed here, as once they reach clean line, revisions are no longer possible.

- Clean line and first pass of colour. By this point, the design and character should be finalised with no larger revision to the artwork beyond colour palettes and rendering.

- Final Delivery. You will recieve full quality .pngs ready for use in your broadcast.

Notes are required within 48 hours of phase delivery. All commissions are permitted two passes of within-reason revisions. Revisions beyond that are priced at my discretion. If a revision is severe enough past a certain stage, it will be treated as a new character and priced in full.

I retain the right to refuse any commission. Reasons may include but are not limited to schedule or subject matter. I have the right to cancel the commission at any time and am not under requirement to give explanation, though I may, at my discretion.

All payments are through Paypal.

Under no circumstances is my work to be resold, manipulated, repurposed, or edited in any way that would effect the integrity of the original work. Under no circumstances is my work to be sold as an NFT, used in any relation to AI including model training.

If, for any reason, I determine my work is being used in a capacity that is not acceptable, I have the right to rescind the use of it, and retain the right to all payments already made.

These terms may be subject to update and change. I will inform you of any changes that may be applicable to you, but nonethless you accept the responsibility to refer to this site and these terms and be aware of any modifications.
